Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase from The Mora Gold House. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the shipping date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition.

• It must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

• All original packaging, including the box or bag, must be included.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Items returned after the 30-day period or without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
