30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, and without any damage or alterations. All original packaging, including the jewelry box, must also be returned in its original condition.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by The Mora Gold House.
We strongly recommend using a secure, trackable, and insured shipping method when returning jewelry. The Mora Gold House is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged while in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact The Mora Gold House to request return instructions. Items should not be shipped back without first contacting us.
