Welcome to The Mora Gold House, a DBA operated by The Mora Organization LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“The Mora Gold House,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, and services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from The Mora Gold House, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. GENERAL TERMS

The Mora Gold House is an online jewelry store operated by The Mora Organization LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

You may not use our website, services, or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our jewelry, including its appearance, dimensions, weight, materials, gold purity, gemstones, and other characteristics where applicable.

Because jewelry may be photographed under professional lighting and viewed on different screens, actual colors, reflections, shine, proportions, and appearance may vary slightly from photographs displayed online.

Certain handmade, custom, or individually manufactured jewelry pieces may also have minor variations.

Where product weight is provided, slight variations may occur between individual pieces unless the listing identifies the specific item's exact measured weight.

Product descriptions, measurements, availability, and specifications may be corrected if an error is discovered.

3. GOLD AND JEWELRY REPRESENTATIONS

When a product is specifically described by The Mora Gold House as solid gold or identified by a particular gold purity, such as 18K, that description applies to the product identified in that listing except where another material or component is expressly disclosed.

Gemstones, zirconia, diamonds, or other stones will be described according to the applicable product listing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before completing a purchase.

4. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change after an order has been completed does not ordinarily change the price of that completed transaction.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, financing promotions, and special offers may have expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If a material pricing error affects an order before fulfillment, we may contact the customer and, when appropriate, cancel and refund the affected order.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance or product availability.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process or verify an order, particularly for high-value transactions.

We reserve the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inability to verify information, or other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the charges associated with your purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, fraud-prevention procedures, and security practices.

The Mora Organization LLC and The Mora Gold House do not guarantee approval by third-party payment or financing providers.

7. FINANCING

When financing or installment-payment options are offered through third-party providers, approval and financing terms are determined by the applicable provider.

Interest rates, payment schedules, eligibility requirements, credit decisions, late fees, and other financing conditions are governed by the agreement between the customer and the financing provider.

Any promotional financing offer is subject to the specific terms presented by the financing provider.

8. SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances.

We use fast, priority, and secure shipping methods when available.

Once an order ships, tracking information will generally be provided to the customer.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking indicates a shipping problem or your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at admin@themoraorganization.com.

Claims involving lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages may require cooperation with the shipping carrier, insurance provider, payment provider, or other applicable third party.

Customers should retain all packaging and provide photographs or other documentation when reasonably requested for a shipping or insurance claim.

Eligibility for replacement or reimbursement will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and applicable carrier or insurance coverage.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

To qualify for a return, the jewelry must be returned in its original condition and include all original packaging supplied with the product, including applicable boxes, bags, certificates, and other included materials.

Items showing damage, alteration, excessive wear, unauthorized modification, or other material changes after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error by The Mora Gold House.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time before a refund appears in the customer's account.

11. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED JEWELRY

Products that are custom-made, engraved, personalized, specially sized, altered, or manufactured specifically for a customer may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions.

Applicable restrictions will be disclosed during the ordering process when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, measurements, sizes, designs, and other customization information before approving a custom order.

12. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact admin@themoraorganization.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has been processed, customized, packaged, or shipped.

13. JEWELRY CARE

Gold jewelry and gemstones should be handled and maintained appropriately.

Exposure to chemicals, chlorine, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, excessive force, improper storage, or other environmental conditions may damage jewelry or alter its appearance.

Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.

14. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, our branding, The Mora Gold House name and logo, photographs, graphics, product images, written content, videos, designs, and other original materials belonging to The Mora Organization LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected content without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

15. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Customers may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content.

You agree not to submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or intentionally misleading content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit or penalize customers for providing an honest review or expressing their genuine opinion about our products or services.

EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THE MORA GOLD HOUSE OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

21. INDEMNIFICATION
